Enquiries & engagements
Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation, not a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, timeline, and fees) signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
The Velnox name, brand, and site content are ours. Work we produce for a client transfers to that client on the terms of their engagement — you own what we build for you.
No warranty on content
Insights and examples on this site are shared in good faith but without warranty. They're not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific situation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Velnox Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Engagement-specific liability is set out in the relevant agreement.
